Reasons For Thievery. The history of Fahlow is coated in blood. Pynes and Elx have only held peace long enough to massacre an entire population of people who simply possessed magic.
But the present kings and queens are determined to rid Fahlow of their centuries-long rivalry, through the use of their offspring.

Though that doesn’t stop blades from being drawn and blood from being shed.

This is a book that is difficult to put down. The banter between the two main characters, the humor, the romance, the suspense—amazing! I have never been a fan of fantasy, but this author draws you in with imagery and poetic words that bring the book to life. Cannot wait for more from this young author.
